ZEISS is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic US projects from Princeton, NJ, across a matrix organization. You will define scope, objectives, and delivery plans, while guiding cross-functional teams through development, market execution, and implementation with a focus on business value and measurable outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience, strong communication, risk management, and stakeholder leadership, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years professional project management experience.
• Experience delivering projects using PM methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success measures, and delivery plans.
• Lead global, cross-functional project teams in a matrix organization.
• Plan and coordinate development, market execution and implementation activities for strategic solutions.
• Foster clear, direct communication across the project team and leverage international perspectives.
• Plan and allocate project resources in alignment with priorities and delivery requirements.
• Identify, assess, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Track delivery outcomes and support benefits realization following implementation.
