Job summary

CodeAI is seeking a Curriculum and Professional Learning Product Manager to define product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for K-12 curriculum and professional learning products used by teachers worldwide.

You will collaborate with the Director of Teaching and Learning, content managers, and the platform team to align strategy, content, and tooling into effective learning experiences that land in classrooms.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a product roadmap end-to-end for student-facing learning products.
• Experience with curriculum and/or professional learning product development for adult learners.
• Proven track record of product discovery—from user research to prioritized roadmap.
• Fluency with data to define metrics, run pilots, and monitor adoption and satisfaction.
• Deep knowledge of CS/AI concepts for K-12 and related educational products; familiarity with Python or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product vision and bets across curriculum and professional learning in partnership with leadership.
• Maintain a single prioritized roadmap spanning curriculum and PL products.
• Define product needs, including high-level content views.
• Build deep understanding of what students, teachers, districts, states, and partners require.
• Run pilots, surveys, focus groups, and classroom observations; translate findings into product direction.
• Set goals and metrics; be accountable for them.
• Monitor adoption, usage, retention, and satisfaction; act on signals.
• Translate state/district requirements into product requirements and inform packaging and marketing.
• Involve curriculum/PL managers, platform PMs, and engineering from discovery onward; engage design, data, and growth.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and contribute to sustainable team practices.
