• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management reports, reviews, and presentations for leadership.
• Analyze business results and KPIs, identify performance gaps, and summarize findings.
• Support planning, periodic reviews, and follow-up on action items.
• Support operational improvement projects across manufacturing sites and functions.
• Monitor targets, milestones, and performance indicators for improvements.
• Coordinate materials and follow-up for management meetings and cross-functional reviews.
• Assist ad hoc analyses and strategic planning activities.
