Hanwha Aerospace USA, CT-based multi-site manufacturer, seeks a Senior Director of Operations to lead day-to-day manufacturing, quality, supply chain, procurement, and planning across four Connecticut sites. You will translate strategy into site execution, manage five business units' performance, and partner with HQ in Seoul on key initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum 15 years in aerospace/manufacturing operations with multi-site leadership.
• Strong end-to-end operations knowledge across production, quality, supply chain, and planning.
• Experience in driving turnaround and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing and operations across five business units at four sites.
• Translate strategy into annual operating plans, including capacity and staffing.
• Establish a common operating system with KPIs and Lean/CI practices.
• Sponsor improvement initiatives spanning multiple sites and ERP/digital tools.
• Own on-time delivery performance and customer scorecards; lead recovery plans.
