Job summary

BD is seeking an Associate Director for International Strategy and Business Operations to drive profitable growth via international strategic initiatives and efficient speed to market.

The role focuses on the PureWick portfolio with oversight across the UCC line, collaborating with regional leaders to accelerate performance, address market barriers, and execute on priority regions worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 7 years across product management, strategic marketing, commercialization, program management, or related leadership roles in medical devices/healthcare.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across geographies within a matrixed global organization.
• Experience partnering with commercial, marketing, operations, supply chain, regulatory, quality, R&D and regional teams.
• Proven track record influencing senior leaders and delivering roadmaps and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Advises and executes UCC’s international strategy across regions.
• Manages cross-functional governance for international initiatives and launches.
• Develops and communicates roadmaps for international commercialization (PureWick) across regions.
• Ensures alignment with supply chain, marketing, R&D, and regulatory teams for launch readiness and continuity.
• Leads crisis management and resource deployment during critical moments.
