Job summary

BD is seeking an Associate Director, International Business for Growth Markets to drive profitable expansion across CASA, LATAM, and META. You will shape regional strategies and align regional leaders with global platforms to accelerate commercial performance.

You will lead initiatives on targeting, value proposition, and pricing governance, working across time zones and cultures. Travel up to 25% is required while onsite in Covington, GA at least 4 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in global/regional medical device roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Proven track record in sales and marketing excellence.
• Strong strategic and communication abilities.
• Experience launching new products.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to work onsite in Covington, GA 4 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Develop international growth strategy for CASA, LATAM, META.
• Align regional leaders on strategic priorities.
• Coordinate with global teams on NPD and marketing support.
• Lead execution of targeting, positioning, pricing governance.
• Collaborate with regional leaders across countries and platforms.
• Support investment cases and new GTM models.
