Job summary

BD is seeking an Associate Director, International Business for Growth Markets to drive profitable growth across CASA, LATAM, and META regions. The role leads Growth Market strategy, aligns with regional leaders, and partners with global teams to accelerate commercial performance.

On-site in Covington, GA with up to 25% travel and strong cross-functional influence. The candidate will have 5+ years in global or regional commercial roles in medical devices, with MBA preferred and a proven track

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
At least 5 years of commercial experience in global or regional roles in medical device industry.
Strong leadership with cross-functional collaboration across time zones and geographies.

Responsibilities

Develop international growth strategies for CASA, LATAM and META regions and prioritize investments.
Align regional leaders to execute strategic priorities and optimize performance.
Collaborate with global platform teams for NPD releases, marketing support, and resource alignment.
Drive execution of targeting, positioning, value proposition, and pricing governance across markets.
