Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking an International Strategy and Business Development Manager in Mount Pleasant, WI. This on-site role focuses on driving long-term growth, leading international strategic planning, and incubating new processes to accelerate global expansion.

You will partner with country GMs and HQ to translate macro trends into actionable programs, build investment cases, and manage performance across regions. The role involves travel and relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Business or a related field.
• 5+ years in Corporate Strategy, New Business Development, Management Consulting or Product Planning within a global business.
• MBA or Masters is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual international strategic planning cycle and translate global trends into actionable business cases.
• Build performance scorecards to track key programs and outcomes.
• Monitor global competitor movements and market share shifts for strategic positioning.
• Lead international market research including consumer paths, brand awareness and NPS; share cross-regional best practices.
