Job summary

Aristocrat, a leader in gaming content and technology, seeks a Vice President of Global External Communications in Las Vegas to guide global media engagement and protect brand reputation. The role leads a dynamic team within the Communications & Corporate Brand group, driving world-class external communication strategies across regulated gaming segments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Corporate Affairs or Communications leadership roles
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record in setting and delivering communication strategies
• Experience guiding global external communications and media relations
• Strong crisis management and issues management experience
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and manage budgets
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
• Strategic thinker with a global perspective
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive brand reputation
• Location and market presence in a global gaming/tech environment

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of external communications strategies aligned to Aristocrat’s objectives
• Provide communications counsel to senior leaders and ensure alignment with goals
• Oversee global external communications programs including media and reputation management
• Coordinate with global teams for accurate media responses
• Develop and manage the External Communications team and vendor relationships
• Drive sustainability and responsible gameplay communications initiatives
• Handle media inquiries, issues, and crisis communications support
• Anticipate challenges and drive continuous improvement in practices
• Measure impact using data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities
• Support market materials, group publications, and disclosures across regions
• Perform additional duties to support the Communications & Corporate Brand team’s objectives
