You will partner with executive leaders to drive workforce planning, leadership development, and AI-enabled decision making, ensuring scalable, high-performance execution across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on organisation effectiveness, leadership capability, culture, workforce strategy and performance.
• Translate priorities into people and organisational strategies to strengthen execution.
• Strengthen talent and succession planning and leadership pipelines across the enterprise.
• Embed Aristocrat's global People & Culture operating model to improve impact and value.
• Set direction for major organisation, talent, and workforce priorities and guide implementation.
