Qualifications

• Senior year of an undergraduate degree with expected graduation in December 2026 or May 2027.
• Strong academic record with leadership experience from work, internships, or extracurriculars.
• Excellent analytical, logical, and numerical abilities with structured problem-solving.
• Curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset with active team contribution.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with credibility with colleagues and clients.
• Team player with initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work with project leaders to address client questions within each engagement's broader context.
• Use a hypothesis-driven approach to structure problems, analyze data, and develop actionable insights.
• Translate research into client-ready materials such as slides and presentations.
• Contribute to client and internal meetings, workshops, and discussions by shaping materials and communicating findings effectively.
• Collaborate across Teneo to bring integrated perspectives and identify opportunities to expand involvement.
• Support proposal development and team priorities, including recruiting or knowledge management.
