Bank of America Corporation is hiring a Strategy & Initiatives Manager to define and deliver global sales analytics, performance reporting, and governance. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Technology and regional teams to align data sources and drive scalable insights for executives.

The role requires strong SQL, Tableau, Alteryx and Excel skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders and drive standardized reporting

Qualificações

• Five plus years of experience in analytics, BI, performance reporting, or data strategy.
• Experience solving complex analytical and reporting problems with large or disparate data sets.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives in a global, matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytical frameworks and performance measures to improve business understanding and economics.
• Apply quantitative techniques to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities and translate findings into actions.
• Reconcile financial, management and operational reporting across sources and hierarchies.
• Establish clear metric definitions, methodologies, governance and controls for trusted performance data.
• Drive centralized reporting across segments and regions while accounting for local requirements.
• Establish executive reporting and KPI frameworks for visibility into performance.
• Lead complex initiatives across Sales, Finance, Product, Technology and regional stakeholders.
• Shape the long‑term analytics roadmap and raise capability across the team.
