• Experience supervising technical or complex projects and managing to an outcome (direct management)
• Experience with development of people resources

• Proven track record in financial services, consumer products and/or marketing business / analytics
• Knowledge of current data techniques and tools
• Ability to evaluate and make business trade-offs
• Ability to effectively communicate at senior levels
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Coursework in finance, math/statistics and/or computer science
