Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Purchasing preferred.
• Lean/Process Improvement and Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Visio, Project, PowerPoint and Word required.

Responsibilities

• SOURCING: Leads Sourcing Teams and VAT, develops supplier strategies, and secures data from suppliers and internal sources.
• PROCUREMENT: Conducts industry/product research, leads supplier meetings, and assists RFIs/RFQs/RFPs.
• CONTRACT SUPPORT: Executes contract renewals, service and maintenance agreements, and negotiates under guidance.
• LEAN: Supports Lean initiatives, uses 5S and Kaizen to drive efficiency and cost savings.
• COMMUNICATION: Communicates with management, co-workers, and suppliers to ensure alignment and transparency.
