United Airlines seeks a Global Procurement Senior Manager to lead asset trading for engines, airframes, and aviation components, aligning acquisition and sales strategies with company goals, cost control, and regulatory standards.

The role requires building strong supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms, driving data-driven decisions, and mentoring a high-performing team to achieve trading excellence across internal and external stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Legal, Supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years of consulting, sourcing, legal, audit, or finance experience plus 3 years of management experience.
• Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Works well in a high-paced cross-functional environment.
• Good business acumen and demonstrated capability of managing complex projects.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
