Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics or related field is required.
MBA and APICS/NAPM preferred.
Experience in evaluating and managing suppliers in a global supply chain.
Knowledge of international/domestic transportation and warehousing operations.
Strong negotiation, project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for transportation, warehousing, crating/packaging, and related logistics services.
Manage supplier relationships, sourcing events, and contract administration.
Lead cost optimization initiatives to ensure a high-performing, cost-effective supply chain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix, multi-site environment.
Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
