Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide high-value indirect spend and ad hoc requests with internal teams.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects including need identification, market research, and supplier selection.
• Conduct negotiations and develop execution plans to deliver savings and optimize TCO.
• Analyze spend to identify savings opportunities and roadmaps for targets.
• Own category knowledge on Professional Services and industry trends.
