Job summary

Baker Tilly US, LLP is hiring a Strategic Sourcing Manager - Professional Services to lead strategic sourcing for marketing, communications, people solutions, and other professional services. You will manage RFx events, renewals, and supplier relationships, delivering TCO/ROI insights to optimize terms and drive procurement value.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in procurement sourcing and supplier management, with strong contract knowledge and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of experience in procurement strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Deep knowledge of consulting and service deliverable-based contracts.
• Strong analytical capabilities - comfortable with spend data, utilization metrics and TCO modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing for professional services, including RFx processes and enterprise agreements.
• Own renewal management for existing contracts, reviewing 90+ days before expiration to optimize terms.
• Analyze and model TCO and ROI to support KPI-aligned sourcing decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for RFx events.
• Maintain supplier relationships through reviews, performance tracking and issue resolution.
• Provide market intelligence to inform category strategy for Professional Services.
• Support special projects and additional duties as assigned.
