Job summary

Citi is seeking an International Strategic Program Manager - Vice President to drive cross-functional transformation and regulatory change programs across 93 presence countries. You will lead or support end-to-end delivery, shape roadmaps, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure programs meet risk and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management/change delivery experience.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and regulators.
• Bachelor degree; PM qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support cross-functional projects through full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain high-level roadmaps and detailed plans.
• Governance, risk and issue management aligned to Citi standards.
• Prepare materials for governance meetings and regulator discussions.
• Escalate risks and remove impediments to stay on track.
• Coordinate with 2nd/3rd Line of Defense to align deliveries.
• Capture lessons learned and evolve PM practices.
• Maintain artefacts: plan, roadmap, RAID, milestones, metrics.
