Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Program Manager in New York to lead AI-powered digital transformation programs within Global Services. You will drive end-to-end delivery, establish governance, and coordinate across Product, Operations, and Technology to deliver measurable business impact.

In this senior role, you will manage budgets, report to senior sponsors, and optimize program performance while aligning with Citi’s overall Services strategy and global delivery model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in IT, financial services, markets or banking environments, with exposure to AI or digital transformation.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-dependency portfolios or programs from initiation through close.
• Strong understanding of how technology delivery translates to measurable client and financial outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to present complex AI/digital program status to senior sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple AI and digital transformation programs across Global Services, ensuring milestones, timelines, and business objectives are met.
• Establish and manage a governance framework that drives accountability and clear decision-making across AI workstreams.
• Develop end-to-end program plans with tasks, timelines, and cross-program dependencies to keep initiatives on track.
• Prepare senior management reporting and decision materials with transparent status updates and early risk signaling.
• Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, resolving blockers and communicating with stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Management, Operations, and Technology to align AI delivery with Services strategy.
• Own program budgets across AI and digital initiatives, tracking expenditure and eliminating unnecessary spend.
• Maintain KPIs/KRIs and embed lessons learned to improve future AI and digital program delivery.
