Job summary

Citi is seeking a Program Management Senior Lead (SVP) for Wealth Lending in New York. The role delivers end-to-end program execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, governance, and risk management to align with business and regulatory objectives.

The candidate will drive strategic outcomes, manage stakeholders at the executive level, and ensure timely delivery across a matrixed organization, including budgeting and leadership accountability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in leading the execution and implementation of complex business strategies.
• Proven track record leading large, strategic, cross-functional programs or portfolios.
• Partners with senior stakeholders across business, technology, and risk to govern AI initiatives.
• Drives adoption of AI capabilities, including embedding best practices and tracking value realization.
• Prior experience in program/project management, PMO leadership, consulting, technology, or business transformation.
• Experience in financial services or similarly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, direction, coordination and delivery of a portfolio of complex programs.
• Develop and manage integrated programs aligned to business goals and milestones.
• Determine delivery approaches balancing risk, quality and speed with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Facilitate resolution of large-scale cross-program issues with aligned objectives.
• Identify interdependencies and manage scope, timelines and resources.
• Ensure program scope, business cases, and cost/benefit analyses align with strategic objectives.
• Negotiate resources across departments to meet timelines.
• Establish governance, reporting, and escalation protocols for leadership forums.
• Direct communication of program status, risks, issues and decisions to senior management.
• Promote documentation quality and compliance with internal policies.
