Citi Belfast is seeking a Vice President, Program Manager to lead cross‑functional transformation within Markets Operations. You will drive one or more programs, shaping plans and delivering results while aligning with risk, controls, regulatory requirements, and global partner collaboration.

The role demands robust project management, business analysis, and deep knowledge of markets products and change delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering transformation programs within a large global financial services firm (ideally operations, risk, or technology).
• Exceptional Program Management skills; certifications (Six Sigma, Agile, Lean, Prince2, PMP) highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects, developing plans and tracking deliverables.
• Define program scope with a clear business case and KPIs.
• Communicate status, issues, risks, and resolutions to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
• Lead process standardization and risk-based decision making across the program lifecycle.
• Support testing and operational readiness activities.
