ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Sr. Director of Procurement to lead global procurement strategies, drive cost savings, and ensure supplier performance across multiple regions.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and senior leadership to optimize continuity and quality while delivering competitive advantages. This role requires a track record of managing large budgets, cross-functional leadership, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing with global responsibilities.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Experience managing large spend categories and driving cost savings initiatives.
• Expertise in cost modeling, financial analysis, and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute long-term and short-term strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead global procurement teams to deliver cost savings, supply continuity, supplier quality and operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships and negotiate complex contracts.
• Oversee supplier transitions, insourcing/outsourcing and consolidations to mitigate disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and strategic growth.
