Qualifications

• 7+ years of procurement/supply chain experience required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial distribution environment required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement, sourcing, and material planning team.
• Leverage existing systems and emerging AI tools to strengthen demand planning processes.
• Monitor markets, cost drivers, and supplier capabilities for supply chain reliability.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and objectives for procurement and supply chain performance.
• Own supplier relationships and support new supplier additions as needed.
• Establish team KPIs, accountability structures, and growth goals.
• Champion a culture of solutions, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with commercial, operations, and finance teams on cross-functional projects.
• Continuously identify process and technology improvements to drive efficiency.

• Location: Must reside within 3 hours of Muscle Shoals, AL (70-80% onsite in first 90 days)
• Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 DOE + Benefits

• Hours: Flexible; Core Hours 7a - 3:30p or 8a - 4:30p; Hours Vary with Business Needs
