ADI Global Distribution seeks a Sr. Director of Procurement to lead global sourcing, negotiate complex contracts, and drive cost savings across multi‑national supply chains.

You will oversee strategic supplier relationships, risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and finance. The role requires a track record of managing large budgets, implementing procurement systems, and mentoring high‑performing teams in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing with global responsibilities.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and project management.
• Demonstrated experience managing large spend categories and driving cost savings initiatives.
• Expertise in cost modeling, financial analysis, and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute long-term and short-term strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead global procurement teams to deliver cost savings, supply continuity, supplier quality and operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships, including negotiation of complex contracts and development of supplier performance management strategies.
• Oversee supplier transitions, including insourcing, outsourcing, and supplier consolidations to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and strategic growth initiatives.
• Drive implementation of cost analytics, should-cost models, and value engineering to achieve total cost of ownership savings.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including multi-sourcing and contingency planning.
• Lead the development and implementation of procurement processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage large procurement budgets ($300M+) and drive achievement of financial targets, including CE/VE savings and working capital improvements.
• Act as a mentor and coach to procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
