Job summary

AYR Global IT Solutions is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead a centralized procurement program across divisions. This role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and RFx execution to achieve savings and efficiencies.

You will manage a $100M+ spend, work with legal on contracts, and mentor a team of procurement professionals. A four-year degree and procurement credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of purchasing experience, including contract negotiations and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Directs and develop a centralized procurement program across divisions.
• Sets goals for direct reports and builds organizational capability.
• Manages quarterly RFx processes to deliver savings, cost avoidance and competitive pricing.
• Develops category sourcing strategies.
• Provides resources, process expertise and best practices for sourcing.
• Develops and monitors performance against financial targets, quality, performance and productivity.
• Strong negotiation skills and contract management with the legal team.
• Ensures reliable procurement, improved service and reduced costs and lead times.
