Evergen is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Global Procurement & Planning to build and lead a newly established global function. The role will align procurement, planning, and analytics across U.S.

sites and Germany, driving scalable processes and supplier networks to support rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in procurement and 7+ years of leadership, with experience in regulated manufacturing and ERP/AI-enabled systems to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• 12+ years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• 7+ years of people leadership across multiple sites.
