Job summary

Abbott, a global healthcare leader, seeks a Senior Manager - Global Strategic Partnerships in Alameda, CA. You will establish and manage strategic partnerships for Lingo, building senior-level relationships to drive growth and enable cross-divisional collaboration across the One Abbott framework.

You will lead negotiations, develop financial models, and prepare presentations for senior management while partnering with Finance and cross-functional teams to maximize deal value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related sciences.
• 8+ years of total business experience, including a minimum of 4 years of proven sales or partnerships experience.
• Prior experience in sourcing and deal execution of new transactions/partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage all Lingo strategic partnerships by building senior level relationships.
• Identify innovative solutions to maximize growth and provide ongoing account management.
• Lead cross-divisional collaboration to provide a One Abbott approach to target partners.
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify areas of interest for transactions and evaluate potential partners.
• Support cross-functional diligence teams to identify, assess and make recommendations regarding transaction risks and opportunities.
• Prepare succinct and comprehensive presentations for senior management with overviews, analyses and financials of specific transactions.
• Contribute to periodic reporting to executive management regarding business development activity.
• Support deal structure and development and negotiations to protect value for the division.
