Job summary

The base pay ranges widely by location, with a strong emphasis on strategic leadership, deal-making, and portfolio optimization. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related fields.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range strategic planning and growth initiatives for the division.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Negotiate complex agreements and coordinate with executive stakeholders.
• Build capabilities in strategic planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
