• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams to ensure supply chain resilience.
• Develop stockpiling strategy and should-cost modeling for critical minerals.
• Manage supplier and government relationships for strategic material security.

Responsibilities

• Own the global mandate end-to-end for Germanium: market intelligence and tiered supply chain mapping.
• Lead supplier and government relationship management and contracting activities.
• Drive stockpiling strategy and risk mitigation to support Electron/Neutron programs.
