Qualifications

• 8+ years of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or commodity management experience with critical minerals exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field (9+ years experience acceptable).
• Experience navigating geopolitically sensitive, concentrated supply chains.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the Germanium commodity strategy, focusing on resilience and geopolitical risk.
• Identify and mitigate supply-chain risks to ensure reliability.
• Maintain market intelligence and deliver updates on pricing and disruptions.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with program goals for cost, quality, delivery.
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes across miners, refiners, processors, and suppliers.
• Negotiate key agreements and perform should-cost and TCO analyses.
• Build relationships with suppliers, industry groups, and DoD/DOE/other agencies.
• Collaborate with Legal/Contracts to establish contractual framework.
• Drive continuous improvement via metrics and supplier performance reviews.
