Qualifications

• 10+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or global account management.
• Experience managing large multinational customers.
• Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Brokerage, and related solutions.
• Executive-level selling and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global customer growth strategies for multinational customers.
• Create and maintain customer development plans aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as the senior commercial relationship owner for key global accounts.
• Establish executive sponsorship and strategic dialogue with customer leadership.
• Lead virtual cross-country teams and coordinate with Product, Operations, and Finance.
