Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Director of Sales for Worldwide Accounts (Strategic Accounts) to lead a portfolio of Hilton Sales accounts and drive revenue growth and market share for a globally recognized brand.

The role reports to the Managing Director and will guide account planning, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver accurate revenue forecasts. Remote work option in the United States with substantial travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Ten years of sales/account management experience.
• Experience analyzing data and making data-centric recommendations.
• Experience maintaining national or global accounts.
• Knowledge of the hospitality travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Guide the account planning strategy for your accounts to drive growth.
• Aggregate client data and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Qualify accounts and maintain governance compliance.
• Ensure client needs are met and identify initiatives to improve performance.
• Close sales with clients and create new leads within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with a global cross-functional team to maximize total account value.
• Provide coaching and CRM usage support to sales leadership.
• Model account-based trends and forecast revenue targets.
