Solenis LLC is seeking a Global Strategic Accounts Director to lead high-visibility strategic plans and profitability targets for key corporate accounts. The role partners with Regional Sales, Marketing Communications, Knowledge-Based Services, and Engineering to drive growth and strategic initiatives.

The position requires 5+ years in strategic sales, strong executive communication, and deep knowledge of the Food & Beverage market, with international travel anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in strategic or corporate sales roles.
• Proven ability to define and deliver integrated value propositions with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in food & beverage cleaning and sanitation markets preferred; water treatment knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans and annual business plans for Global Strategic Accounts.
• Lead pricing policy, contract structures, and major price negotiations on key accounts.
• Drive end-to-end contract negotiations to secure profitable, long-term business.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain and Marketing to meet objectives.
