Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Global Strategic Accounts Director to lead high-visibility, profit-oriented plans for selected corporate accounts with end-to-end P&L responsibility. You will set sales targets, guide regional teams, and drive long-term value through strategic pricing, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Marketing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in strategic or corporate sales, and a proven track record

• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for global accounts.
• Drive growth and hit Annual Operating Plan targets.
• Establish pricing policies, contract terms and major negotiations.
• Lead end-to-end contract negotiations to secure profitable business.
• Cultivate relationships with primary client stakeholders for loyalty and retention.
• Coordinate Finance, Legal, Supply Chain and Marketing to meet objectives.
