The role will manage key distributor relationships and collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations to maximize customer success and revenue growth. The position involves developing executive‑level relationships, expanding market share, and coordinating internal resources for long‑term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of technical sales, account management, business development, or channel management.
• Experience with OEMs, distributors, and engineering‑driven sales environments at a $1M annual magnitude.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship skills.
• Experience using CRM and forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for key accounts and verticals.
• Build relationships with engineering, procurement, operations, and executives.
• Drive design-win opportunities from specification through production.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, contracts and long‑term agreements.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers and distributors.
• Develop Joint Business Plans with distributors and increase bookings.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline
