Job summary

Kate Spade New York seeks a Global Store Design Procurement & Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations for the Store Design group across regions. You will coordinate with Visual Merchandising, manage budgets, procurement, and reporting, and help optimize processes and tools to drive efficiency.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global and regional teams, data tracking, and ensuring timely execution of store design initiatives in a hybrid NYC-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in Retail, Procurement, or Operations roles with a similar brand at headquarters.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire; strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; collaborative mindset.
• Advanced experience in Excel; Smartsheet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Design budget management and tracking.
• Create and manage purchase orders, invoicing, and tracking for all external vendors for NA projects.
• Coordinate Capital Expenditure Requests with Construction teams.
• Procurement of fixtures and finishes for NSO, renovations, and other Store Design projects.
• Manage Visual Merchandising props/Store orders for openings and relocations; collaborate with global VM team.
• Create decks for meetings; support concepting and ideation of Store Design strategies.
• Coordinate with global and regional teams to cascade information on initiatives.
• Maintain SharePoint and Egnyte drives; assist with vendor sourcing and bids.
