Job summary

Kate Spade New York, headquartered in New York City, is seeking an Associate to support Global Store Design Procurement & Operations. This hybrid role collaborates with Store Design, Visual Merchandising, and Construction to manage budgets, procurement, and communications across regions.

You will coordinate PO creation, invoicing, and tracking with NA vendors, assist with Capital Expenditure requests, and maintain global workflow templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years in Retail, Procurement, or Operations at a HQ or brand in a similar environment.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Budget management and tracking for Store Design and NA projects.
• Create, invoice, and track purchase orders with external vendors.
• Support Capital Expenditure requests with Construction partners.
• Procurement of fixtures/finishes for NSO and renovations; manage VM props with global team.
• Develop workflows, templates, and communications for global Store Design standards.
• Maintain Store Design tracking documents and team calendar across regions.
