Deckers Brands in remote US is seeking a Sr. Store Design Manager - Global HOKA to lead the design of our 365-store fleet.

You will translate brand strategy into site-specific environments, oversee documentation, construction coordination and openings, and partner with Real Estate, Retail Ops, VM and regional teams to ensure a consistent brand experience. The role requires a strong background in retail design for footwear/apparel brands, ability to manage multiple projects, and leadership of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture / Interior Architecture or related field.
• 7+ years in Retail Design within footwear/apparel or similar brand.
• Experience leading multiple store formats and openings.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development and execution of global retail concepts.
• Manage end-to-end projects from concept to opening.
• Create renderings, sketches and plans for stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and maintain 365-store design toolkit and standards.
• Lead external architects, agencies, and fabricators with briefs and budgets.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Operations, VM and regional teams.
