Job summary

Coach is seeking a Coordinator, Architecture (North America) to oversee new store projects, renovations and concept work from our New York corporate office. The role requires collaboration with Visual Merchandising, sales, business development and construction, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in NYC office, 2 days remote).

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Architecture/Interior Design (or equivalent), 1+ years in architecture/drafting, and strong skills in ACAD, Photoshop, Illustrator,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Interior Design preferred.
• 1+ years experience in architecture/drafting.
• Retail design experience and reviewing construction/millwork drawings is a plus.
• Proficiency in ACAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp and MS Office.

Job Title: Coordinator, Architecture (North America)

The Coordinator, Store Design will oversee new store projects, renovations, enhancements and concept work for the Coach brand. The role will be based in our corporate office in New York, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week remote.

Responsibilities

• Assist on new stores, including renovations and enhancement projects in our from feasibility to opening.
• Review project designs with direct manager to ensure all cross‑functional teams including Visual Merchandising, sales, Business Development, and construction are aligned.
• Update projects as needed to meet business needs and budget constraints.
• Review construction and millwork drawings for accurate information, materials and sizing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s – Architecture, Interior Design preferred.
• 1+ years experience in an architecture/drafting position.
• Experience in retail design and reviewing construction/millwork drawings a plus.
• Excellent proficiency in ACAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be self‑motivated, highly productive, and have excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as cross‑functionally with other business groups.
• Must be a highly organized, self‑starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
• Must be able to read and understand architectural and millwork drawings.

Work Setup: Hybrid

Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office (New York), 2 days remote.

Base Pay Range

$66,300.00–$70,000.00
