Job summary

bioMérieux, a global leader in rapid sterility testing, seeks a Global Solution Manager within the Global Marketing team of the Pharma Quality Control Department. You will own the SCANRDI and BACT/ALERT Rapid Sterility portfolios, guiding development through lifecycle management and ensuring commercial success across PDP with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in life sciences.
• 7 years of sterility testing/quality control experience with 5 years in product management.
• Experience collaborating across R&D, operations, supply chain, and regional marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the global vision, planning, performance, lifecycle strategy, and roadmap for SCANRDI and BACT/ALERT Rapid Sterility solutions.
• Lead Global Marketing activities throughout PDP from development to lifecycle management with cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with R&D, Scientific Affairs, Operations, and regional teams to translate requirements into commercially viable solutions.
• Develop and lead lifecycle portfolio strategy and marketing plan with KPI management and go-to-market readiness.
• Drive commercialization planning, including global go-to-market, pricing support, and post-launch performance monitoring.
