bioMérieux seeks a Global Solution Manager to lead Sterility Testing portfolio management and drive the commercial success of SCANRDI and BACT/ALERT Rapid Sterility solutions within the Global Marketing team of BioPharma QC.

The role collaborates with R&D, Scientific Affairs, Operations, Supply Chain, and regional teams to ensure successful development, launch, and lifecycle management, delivering value to customers and regulators globally.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related life sciences.
7 years of experience in sterility testing, pharmaceutical quality control, rapid microbiological methods, or biopharmaceutical manufacturing, with 5 years in Product Management.

Responsibilities

Own the global business vision, planning, performance, lifecycle strategy, and roadmap for SCANRDI and BACT/ALERT.
Lead Global Marketing activities through PDP from development to lifecycle management.
Partner with marketing, R&D, scientific affairs and cross-functional teams to refine requirements and ensure launch readiness.
Develop and lead lifecycle portfolio strategy and marketing plan with KPI management.
Drive lifecycle optimization, sustaining engineering, and obsolescence planning across functions.
Support commercialization planning including global go-to-market and post-launch performance.
