Job summary

bioMérieux seeks a Global Solution Manager to own the SCANRDI and BACT/ALERT Rapid Sterility solutions, leading global marketing from development through launch and lifecycle management in a matrixed international environment.

You will collaborate with R&D, Scientific Affairs, Operations, and regional organizations to translate requirements into commercially viable solutions and maximize customer value across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related life sciences discipline.
• 7 years of experience in sterility testing or pharmaceutical quality control, with 5 years in Product Management.
• Experience with lifecycle management and PDP processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the global vision, planning, and lifecycle strategy for SCANRDI and BACT/ALERT Rapid Sterility solutions.
• Lead Global Marketing activities across PDP phases from Development to Lifecycle Management.
• Collaborate with R&D, Scientific Affairs, Operations, and regional teams to ensure successful launches and customer value.
• Develop and implement lifecycle portfolio strategy and KPI-based marketing plans.
• Drive commercialization planning, including global go-to-market and post-launch performance monitoring.
