bioMérieux is seeking a Global Solution Manager to own the Sterility Testing portfolio and drive commercial success of SCANRDI and BACT/ALERT Rapid Sterility solutions. You will lead global marketing activities across PDP, collaborating with R&D, Scientific Affairs, Operations, and regional teams.

The role emphasizes lifecycle strategy, pricing, launching strategies, and stakeholder communication, with significant international travel and cross‑functional influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related life sciences discipline.
• 7 years in sterility testing, pharmaceutical QC, rapid microbiological methods, or biopharma manufacturing; 5 years in Product Management.
• Experience in product/solution management, marketing, or PDP activities is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and portfolio governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the global business vision, planning, performance, lifecycle strategy, and roadmap for SCANRDI and BACT/ALERT.
• Lead Global Marketing activities through PDP stages from development to lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with R&D, Scientific Affairs, and regional teams to translate requirements into commercial solutions.
• Develop and lead lifecycle portfolio strategy and global go-to-market plans.
