bioMérieux seeks a Global Solution Manager to drive Sterility Testing portfolio strategy and global marketing activities across PDP, from development to lifecycle management. You will coordinate with R&D, Scientific Affairs, Operations, and regional teams to translate requirements into commercially viable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related life sciences discipline.
• 7 years of experience in sterility testing, pharmaceutical quality control, rapid microbiological methods, or biopharmaceutical manufacturing, with 5 years in Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Own the global business vision, planning, performance, lifecycle strategy, and roadmap for the SCANRDI and BACT/ALERT Rapid Sterility solutions.
• Lead Global Marketing activities throughout PDP during Development, Verification, Launch, and Lifecycle Management phases.
• Partner with marketing, R&D, Scientific Affairs, and cross-functional stakeholders to refine product requirements and ensure global launch readiness.
• Develop, implement and lead lifecycle portfolio strategy and marketing plan with KPI management.
• Lead cross-functional execution: sustaining engineering, product enhancements, obsolescence planning, and portfolio governance.
