Job summary

bioMérieux seeks a Global Solution Manager to own the global vision, lifecycle strategy, and roadmap for SCANRDI and BACT/ALERT Rapid Sterility solutions within the Global Marketing team of the Pharma Quality Control department.

The role drives marketing activities across the Product Development Process, partnering with R&D, Scientific Affairs, Operations, and regional teams to ensure successful development, launch, and lifecycle optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 7 years of experience in sterility testing/quality control with 5 years in Product Management.
• MBA or Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the global business vision, planning, performance, lifecycle strategy, and roadmap for the Sterility solutions.
• Lead Global Marketing activities through the PDP during Development, Verification, Launch, and Lifecycle Management.
• Collaborate with R&D, Scientific Affairs, Operations, and regional teams to translate customer requirements into commercial solutions.
• Develop and lead lifecycle portfolio strategy and marketing plans with KPI management.
• Support global pricing, branding, go-to-market and post-launch performance monitoring.
