Job summary

Transdev is seeking a Manager/Sr Manager based in the United States to lead end-to-end performance of a global autonomous mobility partnership. You will coordinate across international markets, drive KPIs, and own data and reporting with day-to-day ownership.

The role requires hands-on leadership, executive presence, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across time zones. You will liaise with senior leadership and country teams to deliver against commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Admin, Intl Relations, Communications) or equivalent.
• 8+ years in account management/operations/global programs.
• Proven experience running business reviews (WBRs/MBRs/QBRs) and holding teams accountable.
• Hands-on experience resolving client escalations in fast-paced environments.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple markets without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Report operational health of the global account and hold country teams accountable to KPIs and timelines.
• Act as liaison between global leadership, client stakeholders, and in-country managers.
• Support Monthly Business Reviews with executive-ready presentations and data synthesis.
• Pull and structure data across markets to identify risks, gaps, and performance trends.
• Drive follow-ups, change logs, and closure of actions across regions.
• Standardize processes and reporting between international markets and the U.S.
• Manage global supply/demand planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage client escalations with urgency and clarity.
