Job summary

Greene, Tweed seeks an accounting professional to support general ledger activities across global operations. The role focuses on maintaining GL, bank reconciliations, cash management, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent), and SAP experience. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software is required. This position is based in the United States with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications
• 1-3 years accounting experience
• SAP experience preferred
• Highly proficient in MS Office and accounting software/databases

Responsibilities

• Develops, analyzes and reports general ledger activities
• Monitor and manage banking activities, cash balances and funding
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual accounting activities including reconciliations and audit schedules
• Prepare weekly/monthly reporting of operations including sales, cash position and accounts receivable
• Evaluate bank services and fees and optimize cash management
• Forecast short and long-term cash and coordinate investments
