Greene, Tweed is seeking a skilled accounting professional to handle general ledger activities, account analyses, and banking coordination for global operations. The role emphasizes timely financial reporting and support for audits in a multinational manufacturing environment.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of accounting experience, with SAP experience preferred, and a strong command of MS Office and accounting software. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains general ledger activities and prepares account analyses.
• Manages company banking activities, cash balances, and funding needs.
• Performs monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of bank accounts and credit cards.
• Prepares weekly/monthly operations status reports including sales, orders, and cash position.
• Reviews financial reports and supports year-end audit schedules with documentation.
• Assists in evaluating bank services and optimizing cash management.
