Job summary

arrivia is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help build reliable, scalable production platforms. You will partner with engineering, cloud, and infrastructure teams to identify reliability risks and improve detection, diagnosis, and prevention of incidents.

You will lead initiatives to enhance metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting; define SLIs/SLOs; analyze RCAs; and build tools that reduce manual investigation while accelerating troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE/DevOps or related field.
• Experience with large-scale distributed production systems.
• Strong observability via metrics/logs/tracing and alerting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production telemetry to identify anomalies and risks.
• Improve observability with metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts.
• Define and monitor SLIs and SLOs for availability and latency.
• Analyze RCAs to drive preventive engineering improvements.
• Enhance detection, diagnosis, and recovery with automation.
